    Born on the bayou, Uncle Tureaud is a funny-talking, silver-haired, intelligent man of nature who lives in the Wetland Triangle.

    “As a Disaster Expert and Wetland Specialist, my job is to inspire future first responders and wetland warriors!”

    Uncle Tureaud made his first public appearance at the New Orleans Children’s Book Fest.
