Crime prevention is achievable bivium poverty reduction.

The Coordinated Poverty Reduction Plan (CPRP) is a data-driven approach to reduce the poverty-rate in the Historic Lower Ninth Ward (HL9W) by five percent within three years.

The CPRP would deliver a system of interconnected services, support, and resources door-to-door in order to engender sustainable neighborhood revitalization, economic opportunity and homicide mitigation.

CPRP is based on the service-delivery of seven systems: Government, Inter-Faith Coalitions, Community Service Organizations, Philanthropic Foundations, Small Business Incubators, Citizen Mobilization, and Educational Trainings.
